HOW IT WORKS

  • Choose your magical moment.

    For us to fully accommodate your magical moment, we recommend you choose your party date as soon as possible to ensure availability.

  • Pick your theme.

    Pick one of our themes or customize your own. If customizing your own please give us a 2 weeks notice of your party date.

  • Fill out the order form.

    Please fill out the order form as best as you can with all your details to make your magical moments come true. After this form is submitted, we will get back to you within 24 hours. We will go over your event together and discuss all options to make it a perfect day. A $200 deposit will be due at the time of booking your event. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Week of event.

    Few days before we will re-confirm your set up time. The remaining balance of your payment is due. We require clear space in the area for setup. Please send us a picture of the area we will be setting up at.

  • Day of the event.

    We will arrive 2-3 hours before your party to set up. For sleepovers, our pillows are only decorative, and we ask for your guests to bring their own pillows. After set up we will confirm the time for pick up the following morning.

  • Pickup day.

    After all your fun we will arrive at the scheduled time for pick up. A damage fee will be added to payment for any broken or missing items. After each party we professionally launder the linens and disinfect the remaining items.
